My next project - A 1958 Telefunken Gavotte 8 (continued)

I will replace the cord on this radio. The original design uses a plug in connector when the back is applied. After 65 years this wire gets brittle and usually fails at the notated point

This cord will bypass the plug and will be hardwired to the radio.
