Truetone model D2616 manufactured by Belmont in 1947.   Case has been repainted with a decent but not perfect paint job.  It has a small repaired crack on the bottom.  The back is in rough shape but intact.  Overall it looks decent.
 
The Truetone switches and pushbuttons all function and the radio powers up, static is heard and a faint station or two can be tuned in with a long wire antenna attached.  This is sold as-is.
